By using Record Share, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Record Share provides screen recording and video sharing through a Chrome extension and web application. Recordings are stored on our servers and can be shared via unique links.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the service for spam, abuse, or harassment.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
• Reverse-engineer or exploit the service.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of recordings you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, serve, and transmit your recordings as needed to provide the service.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Free accounts include limited recordings and storage per month.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
