How do I install the Chrome extension?

Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "Record Share", and click "Add to Chrome". Once installed, click the extension icon in your toolbar to start recording.

Why is my recording not uploading?

Make sure you're signed in to the extension. Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in from the extension popup.

Can I record with audio?

Yes. When you start a recording, you can choose to include your microphone audio, system audio, or both. Browser tab recordings include the tab's audio by default.

How long can my recordings be?

Each recording can be up to 30 minutes long on both Free and Pro plans.

What happens when I reach my recording limit?

On the Free plan, you can make 100 recordings per month. Once you hit the limit, you'll need to wait until the next month or upgrade to Pro for unlimited recordings.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to Settings and click "Manage Billing". This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel your subscription. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.

Can I delete my recordings?

Yes. Go to your Dashboard and click the delete button on any recording. Deleted recordings are permanently removed.

Who can see my shared recordings?

Anyone with the link can view your recording. Links use unique IDs that are not guessable, so only people you share with will find your videos.
